Production Lead Time is 12 business days. Shipping time is an additional 2–9 business days depending on how far you are from Ohio.

Shipping Info

The kit will arrive in 1 or 2 large wooden crates. This is standard curbside delivery, and in almost all cases, the driver will be able to unload the crates and put them in an easy-to-get-to area. If the delivery truck does not have a liftgate available, you will be required to have 2 people available to unload the pieces from the crate. The pieces are easy to carry with 2 people. If you want to have the shed unloaded for you, we also have a flatbed truck with a forklift delivery option, which runs around $200-$1000 depending on the location and size of the delivery. Playhouse Assembly & Configuration:

All EZ Fit kits are solidly built with quality Amish craftsmanship and come partially pre-assembled. Wall siding is attached to the framing in panel sections to reduce build time, and as much pre-assembly as possible is completed before shipping, without sending the structure fully assembled. Step-by-step instructions are included to help you finish the assembly. EZ Fit does not provide installers, but many customers choose to hire a local handyman if they do not want to assemble the kit themselves.
