Designed in collaboration with Swiss Side’s aerodynamic experts and rigorously tested at the GST wind tunnel in Germany, the result is a cutting-edge rim that slices through the air while offering unmatched stability in crosswinds.

Crafted in DT’s European facility, the ARC 1100 features:

• A proprietary carbon rim with a refined lay-up and flawless "out of the mould" finish – no cosmetic layer needed

• A 22 mm internal width optimised for 28–30 mm tyres, in a unique hybrid V-shape profile for aero efficiency and handling

• Up to 158 g saved per pair compared to the previous generation, despite being wider and deeper

Each rim is internally scanned to ensure precise carbon layer alignment, ensuring top-tier structural integrity before final assembly.

Hubs and Spokes:
At the centre is DT’s flagship 180 DICUT hub, featuring the ultra-reliable 36-tooth Ratchet EXP system and silky-smooth SiNC ceramic bearings – offering low drag, light weight, and easy servicing.
The wheels are built with Aerolite II bladed spokes for enhanced aerodynamics and stiffness.

Included with the wheels:

• Continental Aero 111 front tyre + GP 5000 STR rear tyre (TPU tubes also included)

• Tubeless rim tape & lightweight tubeless valves

• Wheel bags

• Rear wheel includes both Shimano Road & SRAM XDR freehubs
